TUM University has published the results of a project that investigated the deployment of electric firefighting vehicles in practice. Tests in Munich have shown that fully electric vehicles reliably cope with daily operations. The vehicles in the "HoLa-FEU" project have covered a total of more than 11,000 km and completed 250 sorties.
