The first electric bus has been put into service in Nitra on a regular commuter route to Levice. The transit operator Arriva plans to add four more vehicles to its regional routes. According to the company, the Nitra Self-Governing Region has thus become the first region in Slovakia where zero-emission buses will also operate on commuter routes.
