MAN Truck & Bus has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Polish government regarding an investment of approximately 1.2 billion euros in electromobility at its plant in Krakow. By 2030, the plan is to expand production, increase capacity, and prepare for the production of a new generation of trucks based on the TRATON Modular System platform. Kraków is set to become MAN’s second electrified plant after Munich. Starting in mid-July 2026, the lightweight electric eTGL model will be manufactured entirely there, and the medium-duty eTGM will also be added to the lineup. MAN will thus expand its lineup of electric trucks to cover the 12- to 50-metric-ton categories. mantruckandbus.com 🇬🇧
