Hyundai Motor Türkiye has launched production of the electric IONIQ 3 in İzmit, the first electric passenger car manufactured in Turkey by a foreign automaker. Investment in plant upgrades totaled 250 million euros, and approximately half of the factory has been modernized. The plant is initially expected to produce approximately 30,000 IONIQ 3s per year.
