Einride and Lidl deploy SAE Level 4 autonomous truck on a German public road

Einride and Lidl have deployed the first cabless SAE Level 4 autonomous truck in daily operations on a public road in Germany. The driverless vehicle, without a safety operator, transports goods between a Lidl warehouse and distribution centre and a store under a permit from the German Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA), the first of its kind in Germany. einride.tech 🇬🇧
