Italy has launched a new round of subsidies for electric vehicles. The programme is aimed at citizens and small businesses, which can receive a subsidy to buy a new electric car in exchange for scrapping an old one. The bonuses vary according to the applicant's emission class and income. Grants are higher for low income and for the scrapping of Euro 0 to Euro 4 vehicles.
