Chinese battery maker CATL unveiled the new Shenxing Plus LFP battery with a range of 1,000 km per charge at the Beijing Auto Show. At the same time, it can charge really fast - it can charge up enough energy for 1 km of driving in 1 second. a 10-minute charging break will thus mean an increase in range of 600 kilometres.
